Being able to transfer knowledge across generations is key to sustain an effective workforce. As such Tata Steel has established Magnet. Magnet is the Young Professional organisation of Tata Steel Europe (TSE). The vision of Magnet is to empower Tata Steel young professionals to become future leaders and specialists. They aim to achieve this through organising fun and inspirational events that connect and develop the young professionals of TSE. Their next event, the Magnet Industry 4.0 Symposium will be hosted on the 7th February in Wales (UK) and will welcome many of Tata Steel’s digital transformation partners.
