Senseye further strengthens its position in the DACH region

Ruhrturm-essen-1Senseye, which is experiencing booming demand across Europe, has bolstered its team of commercial and industrial experts and opened a new office in Germany earlier this year to boost its support for clients in German speaking countries.

Senseye, the leading provider of cloud-based predictive maintenance software for Industry 4.0, today announced that has expanded its team in Germany and opened a new office in Essen to boost support for its industrial clients and drive expansion in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

Senseye’s operation in Germany is led by Peter Portner, who joined the company in January this year from software company Ubisense, where he was European Vice President of Sales. Senseye has already secured five large industrial clients in Germany, including a major automotive OEM, and has appointed Torsten Heiland, Carsten Maas, Christian Wulff and Steffen Eisele to boost its client engagement and business development capabilities.

Senseye’s expansion into Germany coincides with a period of rapid expansion at the company, which is experiencing booming demand across Europe for its Predictive Maintenance industrial software.  Senseye is used by a growing number of Fortune 500 industrial companies across the globe, where it is being used to reduce machine failures, halve levels of unplanned downtime and increase maintenance efficiency by up to 40 percent.
